  • The SGI Knowledgebase helps you resolve system problems quickly. Log on anytime to describe a problem or pose a question, then search a database of thousands of possible causes, fixes, or how-to instructions.

As you use these support tools in combination to arrive at a quick resolution of potential system problems, you'll see the benefits of a fully integrated industry-first support solution.

For example, when SGI Embedded Support Partner (ESP) is activated, if an anomaly is detected, SGI Electronic Support initiates the following actions:
